Fill one part of the tool with water, the other with sand. Watch the water and sand mix in the transparent container and decorate for maximum spilling fun! Please note: This funnel works best with fine sand. Using a sieve prior to use helps to ensure that no rocks or pebbles will clog the mixing action of the sand funnel.
